Key Responsibilities:. Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities. Generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.. Conduct market research and industry analysis. Build strong client relationships and deliver proposals/presentations. Communicate service value and provide excellent support. Stay updated on trends in the BPO/call center industry. This job includes occasional business trips. . Proven B2B sales and client acquisition experience in outsourcing/call centers. . Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. . Proficiency in CRM tools and lead gen platforms. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. .
