Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience to ensure seamless integration of new hires.. . Provide day-to-day support on employee relations, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.. . Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaborate with payroll for timely processing.. . Support benefits administration, leave of absence management, and employee inquiries.. . Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, efficiency, and employee experience.. . Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to inform HR strategy and organizational effectiveness.. . Coordinate training, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.. . . To succeed in this position, you should bring:. . Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.. . 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience and 2+ years of general HR experience.. . Hands-on experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel.. . Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).. . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to engage at all levels.. .
