As a VP of Product Management, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new video advertising optimization products from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, guiding the launch of new 0-1 products while mentoring a growing team of product managers. You will shape the product roadmap, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate with major industry partners to deliver innovative solutions. Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.. . Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.. . Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and feedback.. . Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.. . Serve as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback to surpass market expectations.. . Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.. . Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation and collaboration.. . Communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.. . . 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in programmatic advertising.. . Proven success in developing and launching 0-1 products from concept to market.. .
