In this position, you will design, execute, and oversee comprehensive testing strategies across complex distributed systems, ensuring performance, integration, and operational reliability. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve issues while applying both manual and automated testing methodologies. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile SDLC, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Test Engineer will also contribute to process improvements and system validation efforts, ensuring that software releases meet stringent quality standards. An active US Secret clearance is required for this role.. Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and execute detailed system and component-level test plans, procedures, and events.. ·         Participate in integrated testing activities and resolve conflicts across competing systems.. ·         Review system engineering documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with system needs.. ·         Support system integration planning, testing procedures, and scenario development for software/hardware integration.. ·         Monitor system performance trends, identify potential issues, and suggest opportunities for improvement.. ·         Collaborate with development teams to track, document, and resolve quality assurance issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.. ·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.. ·         Demonstrated experience writing and executing test plans and procedures.. ·         Proficiency in testing software in distributed networking environments.. ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.. ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. ·         Experience working within Agile development practices.. ·         Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.. ·         Active US Secret clearance..
