Handle inquiries from customers regarding construction services, project details, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide guidance on service offerings, pricing structures, and project management processes.. . Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating project-related activities.. . Resolve complaints or issues thoughtfully and ensure customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to relay important information to clients.. . Stay updated on industry practices and company offerings to offer knowledgeable assistance.. . .
