This position involves conducting market research and salary surveys to benchmark our compensation packages against industry standards, as well as analyzing internal pay equity and making recommendations for adjustments. You will collaborate closely with HR and department leaders to understand their needs and ensure our compensation practices are aligned with our business strategy. Additionally, you will help in the design and implementation of our compensation programs, including bonuses, incentives, and merit increases. Responsibilities. . Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze compensation trends and benchmarks.. . Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess compensation needs and develop strategies accordingly.. . Analyze job descriptions and classifications to ensure appropriate grading and pay structures.. . Develop and maintain compensation reports to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.. . Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs, including incentive plans and bonuses.. . Provide guidance and support to HR teams and management regarding compensation-related inquiries and best practices.. . . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.. . 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar role within corporate HR.. . Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.. . Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.. .
