Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Apply foundational electrical knowledge while learning advanced systems and procedures. Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare job sites, organize tools and materials, and maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Minimum 18 years of age. Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training. Valid United States driver’s license. Authorization to work legally in the United States. Willingness to undergo a background screening. Willingness to complete a drug test. Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions.
