Mandatory qualifications:. 5+ years building production systems in Python. Strong SQL & database design — schema design, query optimization, data modeling. ETL/data pipeline experience is a must. Web scraping expertise — browser automation, API reverse-engineering, anti-bot handling, rate limiting.. Self-initiative and goal-driven approach. Pragmatic approach to coding: good balance between insisting on clean code and fast deliverables. Open mindset — willing to learn new domains, change approach when data says so.
