As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional front office technical support to Dutch-speaking customers in person, via phone, and through digital channels.. . Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.. . Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.. . Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps taken in the CRM system for record keeping.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share customer feedback.. . Stay informed about product developments, updates, and best practices to enhance customer service.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.. .
