This role offers the chance to ensure the highest quality in complex, data-driven products that transform the structured finance industry. As a QA Engineer I, you will be embedded in agile teams, acting as a dedicated advocate for quality and helping deliver reliable, accurate, and efficient software. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers, shaping test strategies, executing test plans, and contributing to test automation initiatives. The position provides exposure to modern technologies and a broad spectrum of financial data, offering a strong foundation in both QA and structured finance. You will have mentorship from senior engineers, opportunities to grow your technical skills, and the ability to influence product quality from end to end. Your work will directly support critical business decisions and ensure that clients can trust the data and tools they rely on.. . Accountabilities:. ·         Collaborate with agile teams to define test coverage, develop and execute meaningful test cases aligned with business goals.. ·         Champion quality across software products by identifying issues, reporting bugs, and tracking resolutions.. ·         Interpret and refine acceptance criteria, identifying edge cases and potential gaps.. ·         Support test automation initiatives by defining scope, suggesting scenarios, and reviewing automated test contributions.. ·         Work with front-end and back-end systems, including APIs and databases, ensuring thorough testing across layers.. ·         Learn and grow under mentorship from senior QA engineers, contributing to the team’s overall QA knowledge and practices.. ·         1–2 years of experience in QA with a solid understanding of testing methods such as black box, exploratory, and boundary testing.. ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear bug reports and communicate issues to technical teams.. ·         Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies, including APIs and SQL databases.. ·         Comfortable analyzing messy processes and identifying solutions to data or product issues.. ·         Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment, adapt to changing priorities, and learn quickly.. ·         Exposure to modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, Scala, GraphQL, and testing frameworks like Cypress is a plus..
