Job Summary. We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with a proven track record in paid media execution, campaign optimization, and data-driven performance marketing. As a Remote Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn — ensuring each campaign meets ROI targets and aligns with brand goals. This is an excellent opportunity to work with international brands and fast-growing startups while honing your skills in a dynamic, fully remote environment.. Key Responsibilities. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.. Analyze campaign performance data to adjust targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize ROI and CPA.. Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.. Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategy and communicate ROI.. Stay updated with the latest ad trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.. Manage budgets across multiple campaigns while ensuring efficient spend allocation.. 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ROI/CPA goals on direct-response campaigns.. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition metrics.. Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environments is a plus.. Strong English communication and reporting skills.. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote-first team.. Company Location: South Africa.
