Take full ownership of customer-reported issues, managing the lifecycle from identification to resolution.. . Diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce complex technical issues across cloud-native environments.. . Assist customers with installations, upgrades, and configuration to ensure a seamless experience.. . Collaborate with R&D, Product, and QA teams to escalate and resolve challenging technical problems.. . Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge-base articles, and best practices to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.. . Proactively provide feedback and insights to influence product improvements and prevent future issues.. . Participate in on-call rotations, providing timely support for urgent customer needs.. . . . 5+ years of technical support experience with enterprise software and cloud services.. . Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments, including Networking, Linux, SQL databases, and REST APIs.. . Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.. . Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).. . Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.. .
