We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to assist our Director of B2B Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and wholesale operations and be capable of managing the day-to-day flow of order management and warehouse coordination with minimal supervision.. Key Responsibilities:. . Maintain and organize shared order trackers and documentation. . Monitor and track order and shipment statuses; escalate any delays to the internal team. . Process sample requests as needed. . Assist with completion of retailer product information/specification forms. . Enter and update orders across various internal tools (Google Sheets, WMS, NuORDER, ERP). . Send order confirmations to retailers and flag any inconsistencies. . Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners: request box dimensions, labels, packing slips, and shipping documents. . Support invoice preparation and data consolidation (training will be provided). . Qualifications:. . 3 + years of Admin Support experience. . Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive. . Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. . Experience with NuORDER and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). . Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. . Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones. . Prior experience in wholesale, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus. . Company Location: India.
