Help Desk Dispatcher at Freelance Latin America. We are looking for a Mid-Senior Dispatch to manage incoming service requests and ensure accurate ticket handling. The role includes logging, categorizing, and assigning tickets, tracking progress, and communicating between clients and technicians with professionalism and clarity.. Duties / Tasks to Perform. Receive, log, and categorize incoming service requests to ensure accurate ticket handling.. Assign tickets and monitor their resolution to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.. Escalate urgent issues when needed to maintain high service standards.. Liaise between clients and technicians with professionalism and clarity.. Monitor and track progress of all service requests to ensure timely fulfillment.. Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.. High proficiency in customer service and multitasking.. Familiarity with tech terms and ticketing systems used for logging and tracking.. Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills to ensure accuracy in all records.. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST..
