We are looking for a talented, customer service-oriented, and highly tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Specialized Technical/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by providing quick and accurate responses to our callers. You will be responsible for answering client inquiries via phone and assisting the client with their technical concerns.. . Hours: This is a full-time position with EST working hours - Schedule to be discussed during the interview.. . Pay is $1200 a month (Structure: Payroll is done weekly, $300 per week and will be paid through Wise).. . Permanent work-from-home job.. . Main Responsibilities:. . Interact with clients by phone and email. . Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and provide effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.. . Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions accurately in our support system.. . Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and technical assistance.. . Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to improve product usability and functionality.. . Qualifications:. . Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.. . Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various technology products, platforms, and software.. . Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.. . Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and their technical challenges.. .
