Accountabilities:. . Lead and scale multiple distributed software engineering teams across behavioral health product lines. . Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent, including team leads and individual contributors. . Align team deliverables with business objectives and oversee high-quality, timely product releases. . Partner with product and sales teams to define roadmaps and translate customer needs into scalable solutions. . Champion Agile development practices and continuous process improvement across teams. . Proven track record of managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. . Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS). . Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. . Experience with high-throughput, mission-critical systems and technical project management. . Comfort navigating complex environments with a commitment to collaboration and innovation. .
