What You’ll Be Doing. ◦ Build and own Lucida AI’s . global hiring strategy from the ground up. ◦ Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows. ◦ Source and attract top talent across product, engineering, AI, growth, and operations. ◦ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage. ◦ Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring profiles and priorities. ◦ Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. ◦ Develop Lucida AI’s . employer brand and hiring culture. ◦ Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
