Global Talent Partner (Freelance / Contract). to help us build the foundation of our hiring function from the ground up.. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to . design and execute Lucida AI’s hiring strategy. , identify exceptional talent globally, and help shape the culture of a fast-growing AI company.. What You’ll Be Doing. ◦ Build and own Lucida AI’s . global hiring strategy from the ground up. ◦ Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows. ◦ Source and attract top talent across product, engineering, AI, growth, and operations. ◦ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage. ◦ Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring profiles and priorities. ◦ Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. ◦ Develop Lucida AI’s . employer brand and hiring culture. ◦ Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience. What You’ll Bring. ◦ . 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. , ideally in startups or technology companies. ◦ Experience hiring across roles such as . engineering, product, growth, or design. ◦ Strong experience sourcing global talent through LinkedIn, communities, and networks. ◦ Ability to build recruiting processes and hiring frameworks from scratch. ◦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ◦ Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments. ◦ Ability to work independently and take ownership of the hiring function.
