How will you make a difference. . Assist in the identification and analysis of bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle.. . Support the implementation of process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.. . Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.. . Participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration.. . Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.. . Assist in facilitating continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.. . Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support project execution.. . Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.. . Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.. . Assist in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.. . . Requirements. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.. . +2 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management.. . Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).. . Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).. . Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience. . . Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.. . Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus. Company Location: Spain.
