Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) at atmio. We're looking for someone who’s excited to build, not just to manage.. As our first Post-Sales hire, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the full customer journey — from technical onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work closely with our customers (mainly municipal utilities), help shape how they use our solution in the field, and lay the foundation for our Customer Success function as we scale. If you enjoy working with data — cleaning, transforming, and turning it into something useful — this role is for you. Your impact will be direct, visible, and meaningful.. Key Responsibilities 🎯. . . Lead technical onboarding. – Support customers in setting up their data, using simple scripts and tools (e.g. Python, Excel). You'll handle formats like CSV or geodata, but don’t worry — this isn’t a software engineering role.. . . Be the face of atmio. – Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels — from field technicians to senior executives — by communicating with empathy, clarity, and credibility. . . . Wrangle and refine customer data. – Reshape, complete, and clean up raw datasets to make them ready for analysis and integration — even when they come in less-than-perfect condition.. . . Own the full customer journey. – Take end-to-end responsibility for all post-sales activities: onboarding, adoption, retention, account health monitoring — and spotting opportunities for upselling along the way.. .
