As a Growth Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to take an existing playbook and run with it, launching email sequences, creating landing pages, and iterating through AI-powered marketing experiments. This is a role for builders: you’ll own timelines, campaigns, and performance, with autonomy and speed. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Campaign Execution & Growth. . Own the day-to-day execution of a robust growth plan, from email flows to lead magnets and cold outreach.. . Build and optimize landing pages using low-code tools—design instinct is a plus.. . Draft, send, and track campaign emails through platforms like HubSpot.. . Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Descript) to rapidly generate content, creative, and campaign iterations.. . Creative Production & Content Coordination. . Produce drafts of copy, video scripts, and social assets using AI tools for content generation.. . Coordinate with freelance designers or video editors when needed—managing quality and timelines.. . Maintain control of creative assets, updates, and campaign flow.. . . Marketing Ops & Analytics. . Set up automations and lead capture flows across Webflow, Airtable, Notion, and such other tools.. .
