We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of accessible and impactful digital products in a mission-driven, user-focused environment. You will influence the design direction across multiple products, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable, elegant solutions. Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.. . Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine innovative product initiatives.. . Conduct user research independently and with researchers to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.. . Create mockups and high-fidelity prototypes that ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.. .
