Role Overview:. As our . Digital PR & Community Manager. , you’ll be the voice, ears, and pulse of CXM across digital communities and public forums. You will shape brand conversations, elevate our presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn, and actively grow and engage communities across Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other emerging platforms.. This is a . hybrid role.  combining the strategic thinking of public relations with the community-building spirit of social engagement..  . Key Responsibilities:. Digital PR & Reputation Management. · Build and manage CXM’s presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and niche trading forums. · Monitor online mentions, sentiment, and trends — respond strategically and professionally. · Collaborate with the content team to seed educational or branding content in relevant communities. · Pitch story ideas, coordinate interviews, and manage digital PR campaigns (collabs, features, influencer mentions). Community Building & Engagement. · Develop and execute a strategy to grow and moderate official CXM communities on Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other relevant channels. · Foster meaningful conversations, address questions, and guide discussions aligned with our brand voice. · Organize online community events such as Q&As, giveaways, or trading discussions to boost engagement. · Gather and relay client feedback from the community to internal teams for continuous improvement. Cross-Team Collaboration. · Work closely with the social media, design, and regional marketing teams to align campaigns. · Collaborate with support and compliance teams to manage communication risks and maintain community standards. · 2+ years experience in Digital PR, Online Community Management, or similar roles. · Excellent written communication skills in English; other regional languages (Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Chinese) a plus. · Deep understanding of Reddit culture, trading forums, and digital communities. · Experience managing WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or FB Groups. · Strategic thinker who’s also proactive and hands-on. · Bonus: Experience in the .
