In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective portfolio solutions.. . Designing and architecting scalable, secure, and reliable portfolio solutions that meet organizational goals.. . Leading the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and ensuring alignment with company objectives.. . Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.. . Conducting regular portfolio reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.. . Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.. . Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Development Leader, preferably with portfolio management responsibilities.. . Proven experience designing composite solutions across multiple technologies and platforms.. . Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations (personal lines preferred).. . Technical expertise in Java, REST Services, SQL, and familiarity with industry-leading platforms (Policy, Claims, Billing, CRM, digital engagement).. . Focus on cybersecurity, PCI compliance, and general IT controls (GITC).. . Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and agile methodologies is a plus.. .
