As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to help us attract top talent, while supporting the employee experience and contributing to strategic people operations initiatives across the organization. . You’ll lead end-to-end hiring for key technical and go-to-market roles, while also rolling up your sleeves to help execute on special projects to support people & culture initiatives. This is a new role, reporting to ECP’s Head of People Operations & Talent Acquisition. As the first hire on this team, we are looking for someone to operate with the mentality that there’s no task too small, and no initiative too big, to tackle. Being a lean team requires adaptability and flexibility to support business priorities, pivoting as needed. You’ll work closely with ECP’s executive team and hiring managers, becoming a trusted partner and advisor supporting organization development and growth goals. You’ll have the opportunity to bring new ideas forward and help shape the future of recruiting and people operations as ECP scales. . While ECP is a fully remote company, we are looking for someone based in the greater Milwaukee area. . Recruitment (90%). . Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g. software engineers, UX, product), as well as select non-technical roles across departments. . Partner with hiring managers to define roles & responsibilities, craft compelling job descriptions, source passive talent, create scorecards, conduct initial Zoom video screens, and guide candidates through a smooth and engaging interview process. . Maintain and optimize our ATS (Workable), including pipeline reporting, skill assessments, and recruiting processes. . Create compelling job postings and outreach messaging that reflect our brand and values. . Continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent. . Conduct market research on compensation, advising hiring managers on salary and pay band expectations. . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber professionals to ensure a steady flow of top talent for current and future hiring needs. . Stay informed on hiring trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruiting. . Build and improve processes that enable ECP to hire quickly, without sacrificing quality of hire. . People Operations (10%). . Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. . Contribute to employee engagement efforts as needed, e.g., supporting performance management cycles, internal communication, and planning team events. . Support and execute on projects such as employer branding, implementation of recruiting tech/tools, or internal knowledge management. . Research and recommend tools, best practices, and processes to elevate the people function. . Support and champion initiatives that drive employee engagement in a remote environment. . . Bachelor's degree . . At least 1 year of experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, product, etc.). . Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interview best practices. . Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and evolving environment where you wear multiple hats. . Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership. . Experience working with an ATS. . Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and/or competing priorities simultaneously. . High attention to detail and accuracy. . Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. . Must reside within the greater Milwaukee area. . Company Location: United States.
