Deliver exceptional customer service in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations. . Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel availability, pricing, and amenities. . Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently. . Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. . Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system. .
