You will actively guide solution adoption, streamline processes, and mentor team members in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet both business objectives and user needs.. . Accountabilities. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness.. Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices.. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings with clients and internal teams.. Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business needs and user adoption goals.. Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery leads to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.. Mentor junior BAs and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.. . 8+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner..
