EPM Consultant. with strong expertise in . Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). and related Oracle EPM Cloud modules. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of PCMCS applications that drive business value through advanced profitability and cost analysis.. As an EPM Consultant, you will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand complex financial processes and translate them into effective Oracle PCMCS solutions. You will work across all phases of the implementation lifecycle—from requirement gathering and solution design to data integration, rule creation, testing, and ongoing support.. Key Responsibilities:. . . Design and Implement PCMCS Solutions:. Develop and deploy PCMCS applications tailored to client-specific use cases such as cost allocations, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. . . . Rule and Model Development:. Create and manage sophisticated allocation models, calculation rules, and reporting hierarchies within PCMCS to meet business requirements. . . . Stakeholder Collaboration:. Work closely with business and finance users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic financial goals. . . . Data Integration:. Leverage tools like . Data Management (FDMEE/EDMCS). to design and manage robust data load processes for PCMCS applications. . . . Production Support & Optimization:. Provide ongoing support for live applications, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and enhancement of existing processes. . . . Testing and Documentation:. Participate in . User Acceptance Testing (UAT). , prepare detailed documentation, and conduct training/knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. . . . Collaboration with Broader EPM Suite:. Support integration with other Oracle EPM modules such as . Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). and . Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS). when necessary. . . Required Skills & Qualifications:. . . 4–20 years of hands-on experience. with Oracle EPM solutions, particularly in . PCMCS, PBCS, EDMCS. , and FDMEE. . . Proven expertise in designing complex allocation rules and cost modeling using Oracle PCMCS. . . Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, especially as they relate to cost and profitability analysis. . . Experience with data integration, metadata management, and mapping structures in Oracle EPM Cloud tools. . . Ability to interact with business users and technical teams effectively, bridging functional and technical gaps. . . Proficiency in Oracle Smart View, Financial Reports, and Excel-based reporting tools. . . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus. . . Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies. . . Exposure to other Oracle EPM modules and tools such as FCCS, ARCS, or Narrative Reporting is beneficial.. . Company Location: India.
