This position allows you to work from home while designing innovative architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects across the UK. . You will be responsible for creating and designing the architectural plans for various residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for architecture, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.. Responsibilities. Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standard. Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure that projects meet company standards. Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met. Review and evaluate project progress to ensure that it meets the approved design. Present design proposals to clients, project managers and company executives. Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion of projects within budget and deadlines. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. In-depth knowledge of UK building codes and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously..
