Mentor and guide junior team members on AI/ML best practices. . Required Skills & Experience. . 5+ years. of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist. . Strong understanding of . machine learning and AI algorithms. , including Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, Random Forests, Neural Networks, and NLP techniques. . Extensive experience with . ML frameworks. such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Spark ML. . . 4+ years. of programming experience with . Python. (mandatory); experience with R, Scala, or Go is a plus. . Solid experience using . version control systems. such as Git. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset. . Good to Have. Experience with . LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems. . .
