Accountabilities. . Prospect and build a robust pipeline within target accounts, identifying both prototyping and production opportunities.. . Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in CRM systems.. . Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, supply chain managers, and C-level executives.. . Deliver sales presentations, on-site meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other face-to-face interactions to strengthen customer confidence and engagement.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer requirements.. . Understand customer product roadmaps, internal processes, and decision-making structures to configure optimal solutions that improve time to market.. . Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.. . Expertise in consultative, solution-based sales and experience driving expansion within strategic industry verticals.. . Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.. . Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, sequencing, prospecting, collaboration tools).. .
