Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat for online retail inquiries. . Assist customers with product details, order status, and returns. . Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently. . Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing. . Gather customer feedback to help improve our retail offerings and services. . Stay informed about online retail trends, promotions, and product launches. . . Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online retail, is preferred. . Able to handle multiple inquiries and manage responsibilities efficiently. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. .
