Configure and customize SAP HCM modules in accordance with client specifications.. . Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functionalities.. . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.. 7+ years of experience with SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support.. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus..
