Talent Acquisition Specialist at ActivTrak. ActivTrak is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to own recruiting and help shape the employee experience at a growing company. This is a role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to grow. In this role, you'll build and manage full-cycle recruiting, enhance the processes that make great hiring repeatable, and partner with the People team on onboarding, engagement, and employee experience initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions across the organization. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities that make someone successful in the role. Develop compelling job descriptions, posting strategies and targeted sourcing campaigns across multiple channels. Screen, interview, and assess candidates . Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles (not just reactive hiring). Partner with hiring manager to extend offers and support successful onboarding transitions. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and recruiting metrics. Talent Acquisition Process & Enablement. Optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting technology stack. Leverage and learn AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting efficiency. Build and continuously improve recruiting process documentation and workflows using data and feedback. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive markets. Partner with hiring managers to develop interview guides, scorecards, and training materials to improve decision quality and speed. Onboarding and HR Support . Own the new hire experience from offer through the first 90 days, coordinating with IT, Finance, and hiring managers. Continuously improve onboarding content and processes based on new hire feedback. Partner with the People team on company initiatives, employer branding and programs that enhance the employee experience.. 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology company. Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles including technical, sales, marketing, and operations positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems and a curiosity for how AI and emerging tools can improve the hiring process. Experience supporting or building hiring manager enablement programs. Strong and creative sourcing skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and externally. Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics.
