We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our data team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and a proven track record in Tableau dashboard development. This role will be responsible for creating and managing datasets in SQL or Snowflake and delivering self-serve, business-friendly dashboards that empower stakeholders with actionable insights. . Core Responsibilities . Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL/Snowflake queries to create robust and scalable datasets based on business needs. . Design and publish interactive, self-service Tableau dashboards to support cross-functional business teams. . Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver accurate analytical solutions. . Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting and analytics solutions. . Automate recurring reports and data pipelines where applicable using Python or similar scripting languages. . Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights. . Support ad-hoc data requests and deliver clear, concise data visualizations. . Working on data-related technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders to support their data infrastructure needs. . Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and global teams. . Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. . 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or BI development roles. . . Experience in data visualization best practices and performance tuning of dashboards. . . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly. . . Bachelor's degree in computer science, data/business analytics, statistics or a related field. . . Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake. . . Strong skills in Tableau with a portfolio of dashboards that demonstrate business impact. . . Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or basic analytics tasks. . .
