In this role, you will ensure technical customer-facing teams, such as Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers, are fully prepared to deliver, demonstrate, and support complex products. You will translate detailed technical information into engaging learning experiences and practical resources that drive adoption and proficiency across the field. The position involves close collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other enablement professionals to develop technical training programs, workshops, and playbooks. You will also measure the impact of your initiatives, continuously improving content, delivery, and team readiness. Lead technical enablement for product launches and feature releases, translating GTM plans into impactful technical training content.. . Design, develop, and maintain a library of enablement materials including e-learning, instructor-led training, demos, playbooks, FAQs, and hands-on labs.. . Deliver engaging technical training sessions virtually and in-person for Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other technical customer-facing roles.. . Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with GTM strategies.. . Integrate technical enablement into broader revenue enablement programs, providing specialized technical tracks where necessary.. . Track and report on key metrics such as technical proficiency, certification rates, content usage, and impact on product adoption.. . Continuously gather feedback from teams and stakeholders to refine enablement strategies and materials.. . . . 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting) within B2B SaaS or technology, preferably cybersecurity.. . 2+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, or product marketing focused on technical audiences.. . Ability to deeply understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, engaging training content.. . Strong experience designing and delivering technical programs, including curriculum development and facilitation (live and virtual).. . Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.. . Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.. .
