Candidate Assessment & Communication. . . Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to gauge suitability for specific roles.. . Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, facilitating smooth communication throughout the hiring process.. . Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are informed and confident.. . . High-Touch Recruitment Processes. . . Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, focusing on high-quality, personalized experiences.. .
