Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that directly support patient outcomes.. . Lead technical projects end-to-end, balancing trade-offs and aligning system design with product and patient goals.. . Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, clinicians, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.. . Mentor and guide engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and raise technical standards across the team.. . Drive improvements in patient registration, activation, and engagement systems, expanding into measurement-informed care initiatives.. . Ensure data pipelines and systems capture, analyze, and act on patient outcomes effectively.. . . 8+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems.. . Strong expertise in API design, data modeling, and building maintainable, performant systems.. . Proven experience designing system architectures and making informed trade-off decisions.. . Track record of leading complex technical projects across teams, aligning execution with business objectives.. .
