Career Partnerships Manager. with a strong background in account management, talent partnerships, or corporate sales focused on the . US tech hiring ecosystem. . This role is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting hiring partner leads into . offer-generating relationships . for our learners. Success in this role will be measured by . actual offers . delivered through your hiring partner network.. Key Responsibilities. . Identify and reach out to hiring managers and technical recruiters in the US, primarily from product companies hiring for domains relevant to IK (AI/ML, Backend, SD, etc.).. . Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ocean, and SignalHire to build a quality hiring pipeline.. . Establish and manage long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders.. . Understand their hiring needs in-depth and ensure a consistent flow of relevant IK candidates.. . Own partner engagement from discovery to final offer.. . Share contextualised talent shortlists and follow through until offer stage.. . Drive placements actively and meet conversion targets.. . Maintain performance dashboards and lead quality records.. . What We’re Looking For. . 3–5 years of experience in . account management, business development, campus/corporate placements, or tech recruiting. , preferably with exposure to the . US talent ecosystem. .. . Proven track record of building lead pipelines and driving end-to-end partnerships with outcome ownership.. . Strong understanding of . hiring dynamics in US product companies . and comfort navigating job requirements in tech domains.. . Proficiency in using Apollo (preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in external stakeholder conversations.. . High ownership mindset, strong execution capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.. . Must be open to . night shift hours. and occasional weekend calls, based on partner availability.. . Preferred Qualifications. . Prior experience in EdTech, bootcamp partnerships, technical staffing, or recruitment solutions.. . Existing network of technical recruiters or hiring managers in the US.. .
