We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and oversee end-to-end hiring processes for our clients.. The ideal candidate has a background in agency recruiting, experience sourcing for specialized roles, and a track record of delivering results. Strong communication skills in English are important, along with familiarity using modern recruiting tools and platforms.. Responsibilities:. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.. . Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.. . Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.. . Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.. . Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.. . Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.. . Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.. . Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.. . Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and organization, optimizing overall operations.. . . 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-volume hiring.. . Previous experience recruiting for US or English-speaking companies.. . Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be comfortable communicating with US clients.. . Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.. . Experience sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).. . Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS and experience setting up automations.. . Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.. .
