Responsibilities and Duties:. Document Review and Classification:. Review each client document to determine its subject matter, category, and effective date. Regularly review the archived documents to ensure consistency and adherence to company’s quality standards. Address any discrepancies and implement corrective measure.. Stay informed about the latest developments in company and client document management preferences. Reporting. : Generate and submit regular reports detailing metrics such as number of documents reviewed and archived.
