What will you do?. . Lead a senior team of Web Developers and QAs. . Oversee the external development and maintenance of Web applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency. . Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, security) across all projects under your responsibility. . Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications, monitoring performance, stability, and software quality. . Collaborate closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap of new products and iterations of existing products. . Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing high-level estimates and recommendations. . You have proven leadership (more than 4 years) of Frontend, Backend, DevOps and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product/business and work towards a common goal. . You have previous experience (more than 4 years) in frontend and/or backend Web development. . You have experience in working in e-commerce websites with suites of cloud computing services such as Google Cloud (mandatory) and AWS (optional). . You have previous experience managing people, delivery, quality and processes. . You know how to implement software development best practices. . You like to work in agile and dynamic environments. . You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement. . You have excellent communication and leadership skills. . You are fluent in both Spanish and English. . Preferred: you have experience with AI. . Company Location: Spain.
