Assist in conducting regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating penetration tests, and preparing for audits.. . Support maintenance of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certified management systems.. . Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Value Desk teams to respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests.. . Help develop and update internal security policies, procedures, and awareness training programs.. . Contribute to ongoing compliance efforts related to SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.. . Maintain thorough documentation for risk assessments, security incidents, and control implementations.. . Manage external security ratings and trust portals such as UpGuard and BitSight.. . Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.. . Basic understanding of information security principles, risk management, and cloud security concepts.. . Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR Level 2.. . Experience or exposure to security platforms like Bugcrowd, UpGuard, BitSight, and Microsoft Azure Security Center is a plus.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.. . Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not mandatory.. .
