ROLE OVERVIEW. The Project Coordinator oversees installation projects from contract approval through completion, ensuring scheduling, material coordination, crew management, and customer communication run smoothly.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Manage full project lifecycle from sale to completion . Coordinate scheduling, crews, and material delivery . Maintain accurate records across operational systems . Provide proactive communication with customers . Resolve scheduling and operational challenges . Confirm completion and support payment collection . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. Experience in project coordination or construction operations . Strong communication and organization skills . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
