We’re now looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to help grow our client base and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, relationship-building experience, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market.. What You’ll Do. Sales & Lead Generation. . Act as the first point of contact for new business leads. . Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. . Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makers. . Build and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industries. . Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute outreach strategies. . . Account Management & Client Service. . Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts . . Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, follow-ups, and service improvements . . Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment . . Manage contracts, renewals, and performance check-ins . . Address and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally. . . Internal Collaboration. . Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvements . . Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews . . Help develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as needed. . . 3+ years in a sales, client success, or account management role—preferably in recruiting, staffing, or a service-based industry . . Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . . Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation . . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . . Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload . . Tech-savvy; familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools . . Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic . . Able to work independently and align with U.S. time zones. . Nice to Have. . Previous experience in a headhunting, recruiting, or staffing agency . . Understanding of hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment metrics . . Experience using tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. . . . Company Location: Philippines.
