Accountabilities. As a Program Specialist, you will:. · Implement strategic, data-driven recruitment plans in collaboration with colleges, program funders, and internal teams.. · Coordinate events, Communities of Practice sessions, webinars, and student engagement activities.. · Oversee the creation of outreach collateral, program documentation, and comprehensive records to support funder reporting and internal evaluation.. · Provide technical assistance and manage payment processing.. · Support student ambassador activities and maintain program data systems.. · Plan and facilitate training sessions and webinars for participating colleges.. · Contribute to continuous improvement of program operations and ensure alignment with statewide goals..
