Lead and refine non-clinical operational processes supporting front-line healthcare teams.. . Partner with Product to ensure smooth and scalable launches of new features and initiatives.. . Monitor business metrics post-launch, identify trends, and propose optimizations backed by data.. . Conduct in-depth analyses, draft insight memos, and present recommendations to influence stakeholders.. . Collaborate with Product, Data, and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional initiatives.. .
