The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.. As a Sales Support State Funded Programs you will serve as a crucial liaison between the sales team, clients and other departments within the company, facilitating the acquisition of any necessary information or documentation. This role is pivotal in streamlining and enhancing the overall Sales Administration process. You will:. . Support a team of Sales Consultants working for the German market with funded programs administrative tasks. . Oversee progress of the funding application (checking progress, completing forms, overseeing learners’ language tests, monitoring groups performance…). . Actively support with existing clients in close collaboration with Sales Consultants (taking part in meetings with clients, collaborate with client support, share reporting requests with client support…). . Foster collaboration between sales teams and other relevant departments.. . Assist in improving the application process to make it as efficient as possible.. . Other responsibilities as appropriate or assigned.. .  . What You'll Offer.  . . A minimum C2 level of proficiency in both German and English is required. . Positive, customer-focused, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others and providing excellent support. . . Excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong organizational abilities, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. . 1-2 years’ professional experience in any roles that demonstrate the required competencies, preferably in the educational sector.
