We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent across a variety of roles. In this position, you'll manage important stages of the recruitment process while delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and play a key role in shaping our growing company.. Responsibilities:. . Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms (Indeed, Facebook, local job boards) to source qualified candidates across a variety of industries and roles. . . Prepare, update, and maintain daily recruitment and headcount reports using Microsoft Excel, including tracking candidate pipelines, interview progress, and open roles.. . Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and professional networking. . . Maintain and update talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles. . . Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. . . Document interview notes and screening outcomes in the ATS in a timely and accurate manner. . . Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinating availability across multiple time zones when needed. . . Ensure all parties involved are aligned on interview logistics and expectations. . . Track candidate status and progress throughout the hiring process, providing updates to team leaders and management. . . Provide administrative support including posting jobs, updating requisition statuses, and managing applicant communications. . . Maintain accurate and complete interview and hiring records in compliance with company policies and requirements. . . Prepare, update, and distribute headcount and recruitment status reports as needed (daily, weekly, monthly. . . Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values through recruitment channels. . . Participate in recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. . . Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate and company information.. . . 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. . +4 years of work experience in a. fast pased enviorment. in a US based company as a Recruiter, Talent aqcuisition specialist or talent sourcer.. . Must have proven experience in candidate sourcing and head hunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage qualified talent.. . .
