You bring at least three years of experience in service management and have a proven ability to support and drive sales. You’re confident navigating both domestic and international environments, aligning resources across teams, ours and the customer’s, to deliver optimal outcomes. You’re motivated by results and thrive in roles where customer success and commercial impact go hand in hand. You have the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into valuable, sellable upselling opportunities.. What you’ll do:. Actively support and participate in sales activities, including identifying upselling opportunities and shaping service offerings.. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.. Manage and ensure the delivery and quality of continuous services for designated customers.. Align internal and customer resources to deliver optimal service outcomes.. Contribute to the development and improvement of M-Files’ service management practices. . What we hope you bring to the role:. A strong track record in sales or sales support, ideally in a B2B technology environment.. Experience in identifying customer needs and contributing to solution development.. At least three years of experience in service management, maintenance, and delivery of information systems. Technical fluency: you’re comfortable engaging in discussions around various technologies.. Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting, reporting, and influencing stakeholders. A precise and reliable approach to managing schedules and commitments. Motivation and ability to contribute to the development of M-Files’ service management practices.
