Drive outbound sales efforts through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation to identify commercial clients with energy management needs.. . Conduct client consultations to assess energy usage, risk tolerance, and sustainability goals, crafting tailored recommendations.. . Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with a strong executive presence.. . Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.. . Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking within CRM (primarily HubSpot).. . Continuously stay informed on energy market trends and competitor strategies to remain ahead of the curve.. . Lead contract negotiations and close deals, consistently working toward revenue targets.. . . Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the energy sector (electricity, natural gas, renewables, demand response, or sustainability), or a transferable industry.. . Proven success in B2B outside sales, with experience prospecting and closing new business.. . Comfortable operating autonomously while thriving in a team-based sales environment.. . Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.. . Demonstrated resilience, passion, grit, and goal orientation.. . Familiarity with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.. .
